Treatment Co-Ordinator
We are recruiting for a Treatment Co-Ordinator who has previous experience in dental to support our private dental practice in Parsons Green, London. The successful candidate will enjoy an exciting and dynamic environment and will become part of an expanding and growing team.

Summary of Job Role
As a part of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing high quality front of house services for patients to contribute to an overall exceptional patient experience.
The Front of House team members are key to the first impressions of our patients and therefore must be able to carry out the following tasks to the highest standards:
Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
Follow up on new patient enquires
Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
Speaking /Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
Booking all relevant appointments for the patient
Effective communication with team and all key business relationships
Be able to cover receptionist duties when required
Involved in business development growth strategies
Essential Requirement
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
2 years’ experience as a treatment co-ordinator or in a high-end sale.
Incentivised by hitting key targets
Proven sales track record in developing new business/ treatment conversions.
Organised with impeccable attention to detail
Motivated to be successful
Completed high school certificate or equivalent
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Competent level of IT proficiency
Experience with SOE/ Dentally/ any other CRM software
Clear DBS check
