Sonata is a graduate of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, the largest institution for health sciences education in Lithuania, where she completed the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) programme, a Master’s-level dental qualification.
She has been licensed to practise dentistry since 2016 and moved to the United Kingdom in 2017. Since 2018, she has worked in a fully private dental practice in East London and South West London.
Her clinical practice focuses on restorative dentistry, with particular emphasis on minimally invasive techniques, biomimetic principles, and adhesive dentistry, prioritising the preservation of natural tooth structure and the delivery of functionally and aesthetically integrated restorations.
Alongside her clinical work, Sonata has developed a strong interest in education. She completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry with Elevate and is now a faculty member on the programme. Through teaching, she aims to promote evidence-based restorative strategies and support clinicians in refining their skills and clinical decision-making.
Outside of dentistry, Sonata enjoys travelling, connecting with nature, and spending time near water, supporting reflection and balance.
